Beautiful sea view, amazing staff.

The room I received was fairly quiet and clean. Excellent location right be the beach was a plus. The staff was very amiable and attentive from arrival to departure😀

Tbh, Wi-Fi was bad and the bathroom was cold.

Overall I greatly enjoyed that excellent hotel. The staff team was really helpful at any time. The standard king room I had was quiet. The food was outstanding and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu. The property had a magnificent location very close to Cayo Bolivar.

The good location across from the beach made access to shopping and restaurants very convenient. The rooftop views were fine, offering a great lookout over the sea and island. Breakfast was decent, but the service was hit or miss. Only one staff member at the reception was notably friendly. The room was just okay for the price, and while the beds were comfortable, the overall experience could have been improved significantly.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. The bathroom had some maintenance issues that were disappointing.

The rooftop pool is super nice with fine sea views and a nice spot. The room has air conditioning, a minibar, and a tv. Plus, the location is great, just steps from the beach, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

The outdoor swimming pool and beachfront access were perfect spots to relax and soak up the sun. Just a heads up, the breakfast could definitely use some improvement, but overall, it was a pleasant experience 🌊

The breakfast left a lot to be desired-dried fruits, tiny juice servings, and an unnecessarily long wait for eggs that meant cold food by the time it was served. Noise levels were disruptive each night, with loud music from outside affecting sleep quality. The absence of warm water for showers was disappointing, combined with a lack of space for drying clothes in the room. The rooftop pool's concrete design felt stark and uninviting compared to neighboring hotels, leaving it feeling like a concrete jungle.

The location is just steps from the beach, and the views from the rooftop pool were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Recommend it for family with children

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, a nice way to start our days. The rooftop scenery was amazing, you really can't beat the view.

It wasn't cheap, but I guess you could say acceptable.

We enjoyed staying close to the beach and found plenty of dining options nearby. The terrace view was nice. One morning, we got lost while looking for a nearby attraction, and the staff kindly guided us back.

The air conditioning made noise during the night which affected our sleep. The breakfast service was slow and not well managed, leading to some frustration during our mornings.

We had a wonderful vacation with good food, quiet and clean rooms, and comfortable beds.
